Electronic Filing and Service Initiative

The Board is pleased to announce the successful completion of the pilot project that allowed certain counsel to file and serve documents electronically. Since March 1, 2002, all counsel have had the option to file legal documents and serve other counsel who choose to accept electronic service once they register as a participant. This system has been widely accepted by all participants involved with the pilot program. Enhancements have been suggested and successfully implemented leading to the overall decision to provide the website to all willing participants.

The Board's Rules of Practice and Procedure have given permanent status to the method of electronic filing and service. These amendments were published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin on June 29, 2002 at 32 Pa. Bull. 3085. All legal documents are now eligible to be filed electronically with the exception of Notices of Appeal. To see instructions on how to file a Notice of Appeal or to obtain a Notice of Appeal form, refer to the menu on the left hand side of this screen. Current participants in the EHB EFiling initiative can go directly to the EHB EFiling Site. If you are not yet a registered participant, please click the Registration Form link below.
